Last Wednesday, a special Tu Bishvat celebration brought together an inspiring group of women for a fun and creative afternoon. The event, centered around wood burning art, allowed participants to channel their artistic skills and explore the significance of the Jewish New Year for Trees in a unique way.
In this engaging session, attendees worked with wood to create beautiful and intricate designs, incorporating the theme of Tu Bishvat and Israel’s 7 species. These traditional fruits—wheat, barley, grapes, figs, pomegranates, olives, and dates—were beautifully featured in a collaborative charcuterie board, symbolizing connection, nature, and creativity.
As the women came together, they not only crafted stunning pieces of art but also built a sense of community and shared purpose. The event was a perfect blend of culture, creativity, and meaningful connections, making it an unforgettable way to celebrate Tu Bishvat.
